Marcus began his construction career as an Apprentice and now has over 28 years of experience, is co-owner and President of MARS Contractors, Inc., and Qualifier of the company. He is responsible for the technical operations of the business, oversight of project managers, business relations, procurement, manpower, management of field staff, material and resource management to achieve schedule objectives, trade coordination, recruiting, safety and quality control, and estimating and bidding projects. His decisions significantly affect the direct and indirect constructions costs, one of the key elements in the success of the company. He holds license in the state of Florida for general contracting, Plumbing, Mechanical, Underground Utilities, Medical Gas, and a plumbing license in the state of New Jersey. He is an member with ABC, NAMC, and PPNPF. He also mentors and participates in the Apprenticeship Program through the non-profit organization MARS Community Development Corporation.

Brenda is the co-owner and CEO of MARS Contractors, Inc. She has over 28 years of experience in the construction field. Steered by mother wit and tenacity, Brenda has brought MARS Contractors, Inc. a long way in a short period of time. She is responsible for the daily administration of the business, marketing, presentation opportunities, goal planning and prospecting. Brenda is a self-motivated team leader and possesses a superior, practical & technical knowledge of construction and its concepts. She also displays excellent communication and leadership skills and has the ability to manage a wide variety of people. Brenda is mastering the science of business finance. She has implemented a registered an Apprenticeship Program through MARS Community Development Corporation and the Florida Department of Education to assist in the up-skill training of individuals to help fill the gaps in the trade fields of carpentry, plumbing, and HVAC. She is an member with ABC, NAMC, PPNPF, and NCCER. Through NCCER, Brenda holds a Master Trainer certificate.
